If, having been through the Council's complaint process, you are still not happy, you have the right to take your complaint to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman, 4-6 Melville Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7NS. Telephone 0870 0115378. This must generally be done within one year.

- The Management reserves the right to refuse admission and on occasion conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons.
- The Management reserves the right to change artist(s) and substitute or cancel any performance
- Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break. If there is no suitable break admission will be refused.
- The Usher Hall operates a No Smoking policy.
- The use of cameras, video or audio equipment is forbidden.
- Many of the events at the Usher Hall are promoted by external companies. This means we must abide by their policies on refunds, exchanges, lost tickets etc. This means it is not always possible to refund or exchange tickets. Where possible we will accommodate such requests up to 24 hours in advance of the event, subject to charges.
- All telephone bookings are subject to a charge of £1 per transaction.
- All online transactions are subject to a £1 Online Transaction Fee. This covers the cost of providing online booking which we feel is a valuable service to our audience as well as postage and credit card charges.
- Unpaid reservations made by telephone or at the counter will be held for 5 working days before being released for sale.
- Please check your tickets immediately on receipt and keep in a safe place. Direct sunlight or heat may damage tickets and make them unreadable.
