Well over 350 instrumentalists and vocalists performing a wide range of musical genre including Rock, Classical and Traditional Folk. Performers include Edinburgh’s Got Soul gospel choir, the Edinburgh Concert Band, Scottish Cadet Corps Pipes & Drums, Thistle Do Nicely and Stave choirs, as well as several acclaimed soloists and the Mike McGeary Rock Orchestra. The audience can expect tributes to classic rock bands such as Queen, Pink Floyd & Led Zeppelin. Thanks to a host of generous sponsors, ALL ticket money goes directly to the children’s charities Columba 1400 and Redhall School, Edinburgh.

  • Edinburgh Concert Band, conductor Sarah Cunningham, The King Across the Water by Bruce Fraser
  • Edinburgh’s Got Soul. Conductor Maryam Ghaffari, Boogie wonderland, Lady Marmalade, Boogie Oogie.
  • Soloist Michael George McGeary, conductor Allan Young, with the Deantoun Chamber Orchestra,  Concierto de Aranjuez by Joaquin Rodrigo.
  • Ceilidh Band featuring Alex Hodgson (vocals), June Nelson (fiddle), Rachel Gray (small pipes) and Kenny Hutchison (Accordion)
  • Homage to the legendary band Queen: Bohemian Rhapsody: Thistle Do Nicely and Stave choirs, conductor Amy Rayner, We are the Champions: Edinburgh Concert Band, conductor Sarah Cunningham,  Queen Medley: Seven Seas of Rhye, Now I’m Here, We Will Rock You: Mike McGeary Rock Orchestra

  • Mike McGeary Rock Orchestra: Homage to the band Pink Floyd: Shine On You Crazy Diamond, Time and Breathe reprise, Great Gig in the Sky, Comfortably Numb, Homage to the band Led Zeppelin: Whole Lotta Love, Stairway to Heaven, Kashmir.
  • Cadet Forces Pipes and Drums Corps
  • FINALE: Re-creating the spirit of the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, featuring the Martin Brothers.
