In the light of the pandemic and advice from the UK and Scottish Government, the Usher Hall and our partner venues, the Assembly Rooms, Church Hill Theatre and Ross Bandstand are now closed to the public until further notice.

The health and safety of our artists, audiences, visitors and staff remains our priority.

Below you can download a list of our forthcoming events with advice on whether these are being rescheduled or cancelled. Ticket holders who have tickets to the affected concerts will be automatically refunded and the best way to check if refunds have been issued is by consulting the attached list or by logging on to your online account to check to see if your refund has been processed.

Due to the high volume of work, there is no need to need to contact the Box Office with a refund request and in the meantime, please see below for more detailed guidance:

If your event has been cancelled:

We will be refunding the full cost of the ticket and the per ticket booking fee. For online or telephone bookings the refund will be returned to the original purchaser’s credit card.

If you booked by phone or online:
Your transaction will be refunded automatically.  We aim to process these refunds within 10 working days.

If you booked by:

* Cash
* Cheque
* Box Office Counter card payment with chip/pin machine or contactless

It is not possible to automatically refund these payments (normally, customers would contact us with card details to progress this refund). Given the closure and security procedures around such transactions, this is not a process that we can transfer to the team working from home. As soon as the restrictions on non-key workers are lifted, we can restart this activity and will make the refunds a priority.

If your event has been rescheduled:

Please check the website page for the event for full details of the new date. Tickets are valid, and the new date will be honoured.

If you have any queries not covered here: You can contact us at: customer.enquiries@usherhall.co.uk. However, please understand that due to the high volume of enquiries, it might take a little longer than normal for a reply.
