In the light of the pandemic and advice from the UK and Scottish Government, the Usher Hall and our partner venues, the Assembly Rooms, Church Hill Theatre and Ross Bandstand are now closed to the public until further notice.

The health and safety of our artists, audiences, visitors and staff remains our priority.

Below you can download a list of our forthcoming events with advice on whether these are being rescheduled or cancelled. Ticket holders who have tickets to the affected concerts will be updated via email from the Box Office.

If your event has been cancelled:

We will be refunding the full cost of the ticket and the per ticket booking fee. For online bookings made after 31st October 2020 your booking will be refunded automatically. We aim to process these refunds within 10 working days.

If you booked by:

* Online or via telephone prior to 1st November 2020
* Cash
* Cheque
* Box Office Counter card payment with chip/pin machine or contactless

It is not possible to automatically refund these payments (normally, customers would contact us with card details to progress this refund). Given the closure and security procedures around such transactions, this is not a process that we can transfer to the team working from home. The Box Office will be in touch with instructions on how to obtain a BACS refund.

If your event has been rescheduled:

Please check the website page for the event for full details of the new date. Tickets are valid, and the new date will be honoured.

If you have any queries not covered here: You can contact us at: customer.enquiries@usherhall.co.uk. However, please understand that due to the high volume of enquiries, it might take a little longer than normal for a reply.
